Interesting, although I am still questioning transhumanism in my mind. I enjoy the way he speaks as opposed to Ray Kurtzweil and Nick Bostrom.

Haider Ackermann

Born in Santa Fé de Bogotá, Colombia, with French parents, Haider Ackermann grew up living in various cities throughout Europe and Africa. After graduating he moved to Antwerp to enrol in the Academy for Fine Arts. In March 2001, he presented his first collection in Paris. Two years later he wins the prestigious “Swiss Textiles Award”. In 2005 he signs up with fashion group bvba “32″.

Augmented Ecologies

Augmented Ecologies is an installation by Guido Maciocci, who connected plants with sensors to create a kinesthetic user experience with movement, touch, sound and light. When the user touches the plants or pressure sensitive moss they create different types of musical notes.
